Members' Access to Club SAW

Producing members of SAW Video can use Club SAW for free for one evening and up to three days each year. As of March 2009, all free evening access to the Club will occur on the first Tuesday of each month. Evening usage of the Club is scheduled on a first come first serve basis.

Members can use the Club on the first Tuesday evening of the month for a variety of purposes. Besides screening their own work, members can hold a fundraiser to raise money for a production or to raise money for a charitable cause. Members are also invited to use the space to curate a screening of media art, hold auditions, or host a musical event, theatrical production, literary reading or other artistic event. If members are interested in screening a short video, SAW Video can help by pairing up more than one member for a joint screening.

When members sign up for a members' screening night, they are responsible for the following:

• Providing SAW Video with advance information on their event for inclusion in the newsletter;
• Signing a members' screening contract (no rental fee or security deposit is required); and
• Fees for required technician or security personnel.

Access to the Club during daytime hours for auditions, meetings and shoots is scheduled through Galerie SAW Gallery so as not to conflict with gallery operations.
