Join SAW Video and connect with Ottawa’s dynamic independent media arts community!

$25 - Basic members of SAW Video receive:
• discounts on workshop rates;
• mailed invitations to all SAW Video events including screenings, master classes, artist talks, product demonstrations, etc.;
• SAW Video e-newsletter which includes information on employment opportunities, upcoming workshops and grant deadlines, festival submissions and local screenings and events;
• access to knowledgeable SAW Video staff with experience in all areas of video art production and presentation;
• opportunities to meet and dialogue with other local, national and international media artists;
• free or discounted admittance to all SAW Video screenings and special events; and
• voting privileges at our general members’ meetings.

$75 ($25 for basic membership plus $50 insurance fee) Producing members* of SAW Video receive:
• All benefits of a Basic membership;
• access to equipment at affordable rates;
• inclusion of their work in SAW Video’s archives, a resource used by the centre when programming members’ screenings, as well as by local, national and international curators;
• up to three free postings a year of your work on SAW Video’s online Médiathèque; and
• use of Club SAW for screening your work, and unlimited use of the space during the day for auditions, shoots, etc.

ACCESS TO EQUIPMENT POLICY Our production equipment and facilities are available for non-commercial purposes only. You must take introductory workshops or demonstrate comparable ability in handling equipment before you can access it.
