WorkshopVOICE-OVER RECORDING FOR VIDEOVoice-overs: Writing, Recording and Editing Every picture tells a story.but sometimes pictures don't say everything you want them to. When an image alone won't get your point across, you need a voice-over. This workshop will show you how to write voice-over text that will make your images more effective, and "put the viewer in the picture". You'll also learn basic voice recording and editing skills to turn your words into a true partner for the pictures they accompany. Members: $50 / Non-members: $75 Limited to: 4 participants Instructor: Rick Cousins Rick Cousins is an artistic jack-of-all-trades whose experience in voice work and sound design extends from densely populated comedic landscapes for radio to distorted mindscapes for live theatre to cartoony effects for his own quirky little animations. He is currently working as a sound consultant for the touring fringe show The Last Straight Man in Theatre.
