Legal Considerations For Filmmakers

book cover

Entertainment lawyer Byron Pascoe will present a session about legal considerations for filmmakers - whether the project is a web series, TV series, film or any other production. He will cover topics including chain of title, music considerations, insurance, cast and crew agreements, investment, incorporation, co-producer relationships, sales and distribution, and more. While production is on hold due to COVID-19, now may be the time to get your ducks in a row for your next project, and clean up the paperwork on past productions. If you have a question you want covered at the session, email Byron at byron.pascoe@edwardslaw.ca
