CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS
Do you want to gain experience in Ottawa's arts community? Are you looking for an opportunity to learn more about contemporary media arts? SAW Video is looking for volunteers to help on an ongoing basis with the execution of its programming events.
SAW Video volunteers may be called upon to assist with the following tasks:
. Technical support
. Bartending
. Sales
. Setup / Takedown
. Security
In exchange, volunteers gain relevant experience, networking opportunities, and, depending on the nature of the volunteer tasks, may be offered equipment access waivers in exchange for their services.
SAW Video is an artist-run centre for the media arts, providing production and presentation services to its membership including affordable technical facilities, and a wide range of programs designed to create an atmosphere that will inspire production through the exchange of ideas around form, content and style.
If you're interested in being added to SAW Video's list of volunteers or for more information, please contact Erin Kelly by e-mail at erin@sawvideo.com or by phone at (613) 238-7648. |
