A lyrical rendering of a ‘Day in the Life’ of a lesbian couple & their cats. Discusses some of the stresses both internal & external that impact on the formation, dynamics, and longevity of lesbian relationships. Colour sequences highlight ordinary domestic activities such as: having tea, making food, and getting ready for bed, with voice-over by each partner commenting on issues like: coming out in the workplace. These sequences are interspersed with performance poetry pieces that speak eloquently of the emotional stresses & joys experienced by this couple.
