Pre-Production: Social Distancing Edition

Pre-Production

So what is pre-production? What are the challenges of producing for a short vs a feature film?

This workshop will demonstrate why the steps between the script and production are essencial for a successful project. Participants will be introduced to pre-production elements and how to best prepare for production, be it a low-budget or micro-budget project, from an emerging independent producer/production management position. Participants will learn how the breakdown of a script will inform: Budget, Casting, Locations, Crewing, Scheduling and Workflow. Questions regarding the safety of your cast and crew and how to protect your production will be examined and insurance and permits will be discussed.

This a Free Workshop. No Registration Required.
